Yes. We accept customized products with minimum of quantity depending on which items. Please share with us your ideas and designs we will discuss further. Otherwise, if you would like us to develop the designs based on your requests, we will help you out.

We are willing to offer samples with the payment term is TT 100% in advance. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. This fee is refundable once both parties committed to proceed mass production. Sample lead time: 10-12 days after the proposal is approved. Depending on type of products, in some cases it may take longer. Sample shipping time: 10-20 days by air.

Firstly, sufficient details about customized products will be collected. After that, a product development proposal will be discussed with clients once both parties have a clear objective for the projects. Next, a quotation will be sent out after a customize product is finalized by both parties. Once the proposal is approved, we will proceed to make samples for you to have an actual view about the products. As soon as samples are ready we will send videos & images to you to examine if it complies all your requests and an actual sample will be sent to you later on. Once samples are approved, we will proceed mass production. Please note that we offer samples with free of charge once both parties committing to mass production only. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for sample and shipping costs.

The MOQ is specified for each products on our website. Normally we focus on mass production and MOQ for each products is 100-300pcs/item with minimum purchase amount of $10,000. Nonetheless, depending on the value of the contract we would negotiate further but not lower than 50 pieces per item.
